Creating Momentum – the Start

Creating Momentum

What’s Momentum exactly? It’s that moment when you’re fully energized and you can take on everything. It’s more than a moment. It’s like being in a flow, getting the things done you either were supposed to be doing, or wanted to get done and it feels good to be doing it. You work effortlessly. You’re going on as of it’s the easiest thing in the world to do, without the need to stop. If you take a break, you’re still busy with the next thing you want to do, to accomplish your goal (which can consist of multiple steps) and it’s good. It brings a smile to your face.

Having said so. How do you create Momentum? It isn’t necessarily just there. Usually it gets inspired by being around people who want to or are working on a similar goal as you, or you get to talk about it and all of a sudden you see all the possibilities out there. Any fear or hesitance suddenly fades away and it’s just you feeling energized and ready to get going at it and the goal is to act upon it and use it. That’s when you transition from Creating Momentum to being in the (extended long) moment and Enjoying Momentum.

So what if you do not have others around you? Then you need something to get you there, to get you moving. Maybe a (short or longer) video from a motivational speaker? Writing also can help, especially about the topic you want to work on, but you might be postponing because you don’t really feel it. You don’t really know what to do and where the start (that’s why talking to other people about it works so well. It helps to get your mind organized). Another option might be listening to a meditation which has the goal to have you work in your intent. Stay tunes for the latter, ‘cause soon you’ll be able to find one here!

What do you do afterwards? You Celebrate!!! (And please do not say let’s be our usual down to earth selves!). This is key in the whole process!!! It may be the most important step in having Momentum! Why? Because it helps your system (subconscious mind and mindsets) reprogram itself and starting to realize that being in the flow is not just productive, but moreover easy (likely even easier than expected) and fun!

Those were 4 ideas to create Momentum for the fourth of July! It’s a day to Celebrate so Enjoy!

Recap:

  • Talk to others with a similar goal, your peers;
  • Watch a motivational video;
  • Start writing;
  • Listen to a meditation with the goal to set an intent and next act on it.

Next: Celebrate !!! Don’t forget to write your findings down in the comment section below and on the Facebook post. You can find it either by clicking here and/or by going to Facebook.com/LadyLexysLifeontheRoad and/or Fb.me/LadyLexyM7t3.

Share this, so you can discuss this topic and your findings with others, and don’t forget to leave a Message both there and underneath this post.
